Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Who we share your data with
Nobody! I was never great at sharing, as many of my ex girlfriends can tell you… I’d always finish the french fries on my own… or if they tried to get a taste of my ice cream, it’d be a little tiny taste. I love my food… and in this case, my data. Look… I love you… I trust you, and I hope that you trust me… Even a gangster with a gun in my mouth couldn’t get your data from me.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Opt-in Data is stored on ActiveCampaign’s secured server.
Your contact information
Contact information for opt-ins is stored on Active Campaign’s secured server.
Credit Card Data
We do not store credit card data. That information is collected through Stripe, and is highly encrypted.
How we protect your data
Our servers are hosted on really secure servers, with a top notch host. Their security team is pretty darn good. Our team is probably not as good, but we do keep our site up to date with the latest versions of all software, to avoid any breaches, and we have any security protocols in place.
What data breach procedures we have in place
We don’t really keep that much information on the server. So, other than using SSL to encrypt and secure our site, and a series of website security protocols (not going to list them here, because that would be letting hackers know what tools they’d need to defeat), there’s not much.
What third parties we receive data from
Analytics, Autoresponders, credit-card processors.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
We use Analytics to see what pretty pictures people like, and consider making more in that style or category… Give people what they like. Also, split-testing, to see which sales copy performs better.
Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
As surprising as it sounds,,Artists are not that highly regulated.
